Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee queries, documentation, and compliance. Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information. Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management. Coordinate training and development activities as per organizational requirements. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization. Support employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Assist in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and documentation. Work closely with the HR team and management on various HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role (preferably in the IT/tech industry). Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/HR software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
