Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Identifying staffing needs, writing job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates for various departments (e.g., service, kitchen, reception), and onboarding new employees.
• Training and Development: Designing and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills, including customer service, and overseeing performance appraisals to identify areas for improvement.
• Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee pay, benefits plans, and ensuring smooth operation of compensation systems.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Serving as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, handling grievances and disciplinary actions, and implementing programs to boost employee morale and retention.
• Compliance and Administration: Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations, and managing employee schedules and attendance.
• Workforce Planning: Assessing department needs and forecasting recruitment requirements based on seasonal demands.
• Employee Experience: Implementing strategies to create a positive workplace atmosphere and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through well-trained and engaged staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
