Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Prior experience in cold calling, mass mailing, or customer handling will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products/services
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns (calls, emails)
• Handle inbound queries and convert them into business opportunities
• Send mass emails to target customers and follow up on responses
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate details
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi or regional languages as needed]
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and emailing tools
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to handle rejections
• Good listening skills and confidence to speak with customers

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Understanding of sales funnels and customer engagement techniques
