Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers to present products or services and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively convey features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to generate interest and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Closure: Successfully close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts using CRM software.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company goals.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
