Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Experience: Minimum 2 years in selling engineering products Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Age: Below 26 years Gender: Male Languages Required: English, Kannada, and Hindi Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Week Off: Sunday Salary: ₹25,000 + Incentives Probation Period: 3 months PF/ESI: Not applicable Expected Joining: Immediate Interview Process: Telephonic round followed by a Face-to-Face final round Job Responsibilities: Promote and sell engineering products, particularly heat pumps and air conditioning-related solutions Visit clients across Karnataka (travel required after 6 months of joining) Understand client requirements and provide technical product demonstrations Build strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales support Regularly report sales activities and pipeline updates Requirements: Must have a valid two-wheeler; fuel expenses will be reimbursed at actuals Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems ; understanding of heat pumps is an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Field sales: 1 year (Required) Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
