HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, employee operations, and cultural initiatives to ensure Clipwise remains a dynamic, people-first workplace. If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about creating a great workplace, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Manage onboarding, maintain employee records, track leaves, and assist in payroll inputs.
• Oversee vendor coordination, reimbursements, basic compliance, and office logistics (if offline).
• Support team culture by driving internal communication and organizing team activities or events.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
• Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment cycles, and compliance basics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace and HRMS platforms.
• Prior internship or 1–2 years of HR/recruitment/operations experience preferred.
