- Current students from IITs, NITs, BITS, IIIT Delhi, IIIT Hyderabad—or exceptional talent from anywhere who believes they're better.

- Proficiency in Django, REST API design, and database architecture (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Competitive programming experience is valued but not required.

- Portfolio of projects that showcase your engineering mindset and problem-solving skills.

From day one, you'll own entire features, make architectural decisions, and see your systems handle real user traffic.
