Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend Developer Intern who is enthusiastic about coding, learning, and building scalable web applications. You will work with our development team to create, test, and maintain backend systems that support our digital marketing projects and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Collaborate with the front-end and marketing teams to integrate functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior developers.
• Learn and implement best practices in software development and security.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new tools, products, and solutions.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, etc.).
• Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and server-side development.
• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Exposure to frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
