Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

HR Executive

Key responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Handle employee onboarding and exit processes including documentation and induction.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Support employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and internal communication.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, payroll, etc.
Ensure timely processing of attendance, leave records, and inputs for payroll.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Prepare HR letters, notices, memos, and reports as needed.
Coordinate with vendors
Support internal audits and documentation as per organizational requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Sound knowledge of HR recruitment portals, vendor management, salary processing, etc
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
Certification in HR is a plus.
Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
