What you will work on:

● Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.

● Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

● Assist with maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

● Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including job postings and offer letters.

● Help organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation.

● Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

● Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries and providing timely updates.

● Assist in creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms.

● Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs as needed.

The ideal candidate:

● Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

● Excellent oral and written communication skills

● Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualification and Experience:

● Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master & degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

● Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
