We provide implementation experts for free and open-source software (FOSS) available in the market, which we configure according to an organization's processes. We offer services to retail, distribution, service industries, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, education, healthcare, agriculture, and real estate. We deal with complete modules for each department, integrating with websites and e-commerce operations, and connecting with other platforms available in the market.


Job Overview

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Consultant (Ideally from Kerala) who will play a dual role in managing internal HR operations and providing ERPNext HR & Payroll implementation support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll management, compliance regulations, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities

Internal HR Operations:

  • Develop and oversee HR policies, employee onboarding, and performance management.
  • Handle payroll processing, tax deductions, and compliance-related activities.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations, including leave management, employee records, and appraisals.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and manage grievance handling.


ERPNext HR & Payroll Implementation:

  • Work with clients to analyze their HR & payroll needs and provide tailored ERPNext solutions.
  • Configure HR & Payroll modules in ERPNext, including employee management, salary structures, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance.
  • Train clients on ERPNext HR & Payroll features and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.
  • Experience in ERPNext or any HR & Payroll software is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, labor laws, and taxation rules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage HR operations while handling client implementations.

We are offering a competitive monthly salary of ₹24,000 -₹28,000, based on qualifications and experience.
