Whom are we looking for?

HR Generalist on a contractual basis

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  across CA, CS, Legal, and support functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, create JDs, and establish hiring criteria.
• Source candidates through

  portals, LinkedIn, and networks

  ; manage shortlisting, screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and ensure a

  smooth onboarding experience

• Build a

  talent pipeline

  for critical/niche roles to ensure business continuity.

2. Employee Engagement (Primary Focus)

• Plan and drive

  employee engagement activities

  (festive celebrations, recognition programs, team bonding).
• Conduct

  surveys and feedback mechanisms

  to understand employee sentiments.
• Work with leadership to implement initiatives that improve morale and retention during the contract period.
• Strengthen and champion Treelife’s

  core values and culture

  .

3. HR Operations Support

• Maintain HR records, trackers, and databases.
• Assist in probation reviews, performance discussions, and policy adherence.
• Act as a

  point of contact for employees

  for HR queries during the contract term.

What are the key requirements for the role?

• 5–7 years of HR experience with

  strong exposure to recruitment and engagement

  .
• Prior experience in

  contractual or project-based roles

  is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes within timelines.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative in designing

  low-cost, high-impact engagement initiatives
