Human Resources Consultant

You will be joining a dynamic HR Consultant/Operations team in a company that values aligning HR activities with business objectives and driving organizational success. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, managing benefits programs, utilizing AI tools for HR processes and decision-making, monitoring and reporting HR metrics, fostering employee engagement, supporting organizational change initiatives, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also be expected to lead onboarding and induction programs, address employee queries efficiently, maintain data confidentiality, develop HR policies, oversee employee exit management processes, propose process optimization ideas, and foster team collaboration. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 4-7 years of experience in HR consulting/operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions, familiarity with AI tools, expertise in MS Office tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are key requirements. Preferred skills include HR certification, experience in the IT industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
