branch visits
to support the workforce, provide on-ground leadership, and ensure HR initiatives are implemented effectively across different locations.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes and practices, with proven experience in
recruitment, employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention strategies

local lead
, the HRBP will play a key role in ensuring organizational values are upheld and employee concerns are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source the right talent.
- Drive onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employees to address workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment by maintaining transparent communication between employees and management.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Retention & Development
- Identify key drivers of employee retention and proactively address turnover challenges.
- Partner with managers to design and implement career development and training plans.
- Support succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
- Branch Visits & Local HR Leadership
- Conduct regular branch visits to ensure HR policies and practices are being implemented effectively.
- Provide on-ground HR support to employees and managers during branch visits.
- Act as a local lead to manage HR operations and employee concerns at branch level.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Monitor adherence to organizational HR standards across all branches.
- Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, talent availability, and employee engagement metrics.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies to support growth and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or related HR roles.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Retention strategies, and HR Operations.
- Experience in branch-level HR support, local leadership, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations effectively.
- Ability to travel for branch visits and manage on-ground HR activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
