Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Surat. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management programs. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to support organizational goals and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the beauty or herbal products industry is a plus
