The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share in the modern trade segment, identifying and forging partnerships with key retailers, and enhancing product visibility and availability. Daily tasks include market analysis, strategic planning, relationship management, and overseeing marketing campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and reporting on performance metrics. Qualifications Extensive experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the FMCG sector Proven track record in securing and managing partnerships with key retail chains and distributors Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the cosmetic or herbal products industry is a plus Show more Show less
