Job Description

The HR Business Partner will be partnering with the respective Category and Growth Leaders in crafting people strategy and talent plans to deliver business goals and is responsible for the overall execution of the People strategy and plan.


What you would do

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead all stages of the employee lifecycle—including performance management, engagement, and offboarding—ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience
  • Understand allotted business, work closely with delivery partners and drive culture among the business group for high performance
  • Culture & Engagement: Act as a culture ambassador by driving initiatives that reinforce company values, enhance employee engagement, and support inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace environment
  • Partner with the BU/Practice leaders to drive all people processes for the business.
  • Partner with BU/Practice leaders to arrive at the right structures and staffing plans in line with the annual operating plan for the business.
  • Lead the talent management practices for the business unit and create competitive differentiation by implementing best in class talent management practices
  • Act as a coach to people managers and help them create best in class employee experience for their teams
  • HR Operations & Continuous Improvement: Oversee HR operations, lead policy reviews, track key HR metrics, and implement process improvements to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs


Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a high impact HRBP role (preferably partnering with category functions in ecommerce companies or Sales/commercial HRBP experience in IT/Tech companies)
  • High on ownership & agency, strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills. Someone who can independently think, design and execute.
  • Strong Functional knowledge of Human Resources around Organizational behavior, Performance management , talent management practices is a must
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that support business goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Experience in managing HR teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
