Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee human resource functions for both a Dubai-based client. This role requires expertise in HR administration (on-boarding and off-boarding), contract management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance with labour regulations. The candidate will play a critical role in fostering a positive work culture while ensuring seamless HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Management for Dubai-based Client & Outpost:

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage employee contracts.
  • Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Compliance & Administration: Oversee medical insurance, employee records, and adherence to labor laws.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including orientation, documentation, on-boarding activities and exit formalities.
  • Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Statutory Compliance: Liaise with EPF, ESIC, and other regulatory bodies for HR compliance.
  • HR Dashboard and HR Analytics


Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

  • Team Engagement & Welfare: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Event & Travel Coordination: Organize team-building outings and corporate events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • HR Compliance & Record Maintenance: Maintain employee files as per company policies and legal regulations.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Implement HR process automation with a cost-benefit approach.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Experience in contract drafting, documentation management, and employee record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and working with finance teams.
  • Hands-on experience in medical insurance, employee benefits, and administrative management.
  • Excellent communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Event planning and execution experience, including travel coordination.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an ethical mindset.
