Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Techno-Functional ERPNext Developer based in Kolkata. The Techno-Functional ERPNext Developer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of ERPNext solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, customizing ERPNext modules, developing new features, integration with other systems, and providing end-user training and support. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and ensure efficient utilization of ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ERPNext development and customization
  • Experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering
  • Familiarity with ERP integration and data migration
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Ability to provide training and support to end-users
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with financial and accounting processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
