We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – BPO Industry Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving people strategies in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for dynamic HR Business Partners to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our growing BPO operations. As an HRBP, you’ll partner closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational goals, manage the entire employee lifecycle, handle grievance and performance issues, and lead engagement and retention efforts. If you thrive in a 24x7, high-volume setup and have hands-on experience in employee relations, shift operations, and workforce planning, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Partner with operations and business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals for assigned accounts or business units. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, grievance handling, performance issues, and exits. Monitor and drive employee engagement initiatives, pulse checks, and feedback channels to improve employee morale and retention. Analyze attrition, absenteeism, and other workforce metrics to provide actionable insights and reduce churn. Coordinate with the L&D team for training needs assessment and development programs for employees and team leaders. Support workforce planning, shift deployment, and rostering in collaboration with operations and workforce management teams. Serve as a point of contact for escalations related to HR concerns or policy violations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP in a BPO/KPO/ITES environment. Strong understanding of BPO dynamics, shift operations, and HR compliance in a high-volume environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle high-pressure environments with empathy, speed, and accuracy. Preferred Skills Experience managing employee relations in 24x7 work environments. Ability to manage HR responsibilities for multiple accounts. Experience in conducting engagement events, R&R programs and retention initiatives.
