Position: HR Business Partner (Recruitment/Talent Acquisition + HR Generalist)
📍 Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (On-site)
🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Mon–Fri + 1st Sat
Salary betwwen 12 LPA - 14 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening & onboarding.
Build strong pipelines through job portals & professional networks.
Partner with hiring managers to align talent needs with business goals.
Ensure great candidate experience & handle salary negotiations.
Maintain MIS and recruitment analytics.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Min 10+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
✔ Strong experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & other portals
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
