Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Business Partner. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training programs to support the professional development of staff.
