We plan to expand to over Job description Roles and Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership : Contribute to business and talent strategy by identifying and developing required capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes across departments to align with organizational goals. Workforce Planning & Talent Management : Support line managers in forecasting talent needs, managing the talent pipeline, and executing performance management processes, including defining goals and running performance assessments. Employee Relations & Engagement : Handle complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations, and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Organizational Development : Understand business challenges to address organizational and employee needs effectively through coaching, policy development, and capability-building programs. Data-Driven HR Solutions : Analyze talent trends to design and implement strategic HR solutions, programs, and policies that improve productivity and support business outcomes. Training : Ensure adherence to HR policies , offer policy guidance, and participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs for effectiveness.
