Human Resources Associate

As an HR Associate at our company, your role will involve supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key to ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially. - Support the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees. - Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. - Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. - Assist in performance management procedures. - Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics when required. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in an HR role is preferred (freshers with internship experience can also apply). - Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR functions. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with HRIS or HRMS systems is an added advantage. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
