Job Title: Medical counselor We are seeking a dedicated Tele caller to join our healthcare team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with doctors and patients regarding appointments, treatments, and medical instructions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and professionalism. Tele calling of leads – · Conduct outbound calls to potential leads. · Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits. · Qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Medical Counselling – · Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with patients and their families. · Counselling at the Hospital and Doctor’s clinic. · Provide emotional support and guidance to patients coping with medical conditions or treatments. · Offer information about available healthcare resources and support services. Collaboration: · Initiate and maintain communication channels with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health providers. · Facilitate collaborative efforts between healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. · Coordination with the operation team at the time of biopsy and implant. Appointment – · Check when doctors are available based on their schedules. · Meeting with the doctors for product awareness. · Ensure the appointment slots offered match both the patient's preferences and the doctor's availability. · Confirm appointment details, including date, time, doctor's name, and location (if applicable), with the patient. Follow up – · Call patients after their appointments to talk about how it went, their treatment plans, and upcoming visits. · Listen to any questions or worries patients have and provide answers or help as needed. · Pass on important details to the right medical staff if needed. · Send appointment reminders to patients a few days before the scheduled appointment to reduce no-shows. Reminders can be sent via email, SMS, or automated phone calls. Reports and data collection – · Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including personal information, medical history, and counseling sessions. · Keep track of appointments scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled by patients. · Make sure patient records are updated with what was discussed during the follow-up calls and any changes to their treatment plans.
