Job Title: Medical counselor We are seeking a dedicated Tele caller to join our healthcare team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with doctors and patients regarding appointments, treatments, and medical instructions. Appointment – · Check when doctors are available based on their schedules. · Meeting with the doctors for product awareness. · Ensure the appointment slots offered match both the patient's preferences and the doctor's availability. · Confirm appointment details, including date, time, doctor's name, and location (if applicable), with the patient. Follow up – · Call patients after their appointments to talk about how it went, their treatment plans, and upcoming visits. · Listen to any questions or worries patients have and provide answers or help as needed. · Pass on important details to the right medical staff if needed. · Send appointment reminders to patients a few days before the scheduled appointment to reduce no-shows. Reminders can be sent via email, SMS, or automated phone calls.
