Medical Counselor

As a Medical Counselor, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, responsible for telecalling, medical counseling, collaboration with healthcare professionals, appointment scheduling, patient follow-up, and reports/data collection. Your role will require exceptional communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to potential leads, introducing company products/services, and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria. Additionally, you will conduct telephonic counseling sessions with patients and their families, providing emotional support, guidance, and information about available healthcare resources and support services. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be required to initiate and maintain communication channels with healthcare professionals, facilitate collaborative efforts, and coordinate with the operation team for biopsy and implant procedures. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments based on doctors" availability, ensuring alignment with patient preferences, and confirming appointment details with patients. Following up with patients after their appointments is crucial, where you will discuss their treatment plans, address any questions or concerns, and pass on important details to the medical staff if necessary. Sending appointment reminders to patients to reduce no-shows will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records, tracking appointments, and updating patient records with follow-up call details and treatment plan changes are essential to ensure seamless patient care and support.
