The Medical Education Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to doctors who want to enhance their skills and knowledge. The counselor will work closely with Doctors/students, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure that students have the resources they need to succeed in their medical education journey. Student Advising: Advise Doctors/students on medical admissions processes, including application strategies, prerequisite courses. Academic Support: Help Doctors/students develop personalized academic plans, including course selection and study schedules.. Resource Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical admissions requirements, trends, and best practices. Develop and manage a library of resources for Doctors/students, including study materials, medical school catalogs, and career guides. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of Doctors/ student interactions, academic plans, and progress toward goals. Prepare reports on student outcomes, counseling activities, and program effectiveness for departmental review.
