Job Description

As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition specialist, your role will involve coordinating and supporting full-cycle recruitment for various positions such as sales advisors, tele-callers, marketing executives, and support staff. You will be responsible for preparing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR screenings. Additionally, maintaining a database of candidates and recruitment pipelines, as well as liaising with insurance partners for manpower requirements, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and support full-cycle recruitment process - Prepare job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR screenings - Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment pipelines - Liaise with insurance partners for manpower requirements In terms of Onboarding & Induction, you will be tasked with preparing appointment letters, employment contracts, and documentation. Conducting HR induction sessions for new employees, managing onboarding formalities, ID creation, systems access, and policy acknowledgement will also be part of your duties. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree preferred Furthermore, your role will involve managing HR records and documentation by updating HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, tracking training records, certifications, and regulatory compliance documentation. You will also be responsible for collating attendance data, commissions, incentives, and reimbursements, as well as handling employee queries related to salary, deductions, and incentive structures. As part of Performance Management, you will assist with KPI definition and tracking for sales teams, support quarterly performance reviews and appraisal documentation, and follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) where required. Employee Engagement & Welfare activities will include organizing employee engagement activities, contests, reward programs, and team-building events, supporting grievance handling, escalating issues when needed, conducting exit interviews, and attrition reporting. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring Compliance & Policy Administration by adhering to labor laws, IRDAI guidelines (if applicable), and company policies, maintaining the confidentiality of employee data, and assisting in updating HR policies and employee handbooks. Additionally, you will coordinate Training & Development by scheduling product and regulatory training sessions from insurance partners and maintaining records of mandatory compliance training for sales agents. The job type for this position is Full-time and Permanent, based in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement. The ability to commute or relocate to Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, is preferred before starting work.,
