Role Description

Gurugram


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all office operations, facilities, and administrative processes
  • Manage day-to-day office administration including office supplies, equipments, cleanliness and organisation of office space
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers for office related services and supplies to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to ensure efficiency
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Support leadership and teams with scheduling, reporting, and documentation needs
  • Assisting HR team in hiring, onboarding and exit formalities


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the technology or eCommerce industry is a plus
