Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, benefits administration, HR management, labor and employment compliance, and the utilization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role includes employee relations, onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
