Job Description: You will be a Human Resources Administrator responsible for managing HR tasks including benefits administration, HR management, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Your duties will include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment processes, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
