Job Description: Training & Development Operations Executive | Full Time Job Summary: As a Training & Development Operations Executive for DSA & Full Stack training at WiseCoder, you will coordinate and oversee the planning and successful execution of our training programs. This role will require collaboration across Training, HR & BD teams, to enhance program effectiveness and ensure our students are fully prepared for employment. We are seeking a dedicated Training & Development Operations Executive to join our team in Hitech City, Hyderabad. Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad. Shift Timings: 9.30 am to 6.00 pm Work Mode: Work From Office / On-Site Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and conduct engaging DSA and Full Stack training sessions, making sure students have a clear and effective learning experience to become a Ready-2-Hire SDE. Organize and maintain all training records, such as schedules and attendance, and set up classrooms to ensure everything runs smoothly. Act as a Point of Contact for students, colleges, and the training team, addressing any issues or challenges as they come up. Conduct reviews, organize tests, and assign projects to track student progress, while gathering feedback to keep improving the learning process. Prepare and distribute training materials, like notes and feedback forms, and suggest creative ideas to make programs even more effective. Submit detailed reports on training activities and share recommendations for new or improved programs to keep our training up to date and impactful. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven work experience as a Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainer, or a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Proficient in English Good to have Qualifications Familiarity with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and an understanding of software development processes to effectively design and implement training programs.
