Human Resources Administrator

You will be joining WiseAcad as an HR Admin in a Full Time role based in Hitech City, Hyderabad, with shift timings from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing End-to-End Recruitment Processes such as Onboarding, Documentation, and Orientation for new joiners. - Arranging and Coordinating Facilities for Meetings, Workshops, Travel Bookings, and Accommodation handling. - Supporting the company with Day-to-Day Operations, Internal Communications, Grievance Redressal, and any other operational support required. - Acting as the primary point of contact for All Employee Queries, Day to Day HR needs, and Employee Management in a Fast-Paced Startup Environment. - Organising and managing internal events, celebrations, and Team-Building activities to foster a positive and healthy work culture. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in BCom, BBA (Accounts or HR), or a related field. - Proficiency with spreadsheets, basic accounting tools, and analytical tasks. - Methodical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
