Job Description

As an Admin & HR Executive (Recruiter) in the Food & Beverage industry located in Gurgaon, your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and effective human resource management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Administration:** - Take care of routine miscellaneous admin jobs on a daily basis. - Provide personal assistance to the founders and senior management team. - Maintain document control for all business-related transactions. - **Recruitment:** - Identify and hire skilled lower-level kitchen staff, packing staff, and front office staff. - Develop job descriptions, post openings, and screen applicants to select the best candidates. - Build a database of potential hires to streamline future recruitment processes. - **Staff Management:** - Maintain attendance and leave records for all staff members. - Implement an efficient system for tracking punctuality and absenteeism. - **Performance & Appraisals:** - Conduct annual appraisals for staff based on performance metrics and feedback. - Create clear KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks for kitchen and floor-level staff. - **Grievance Handling:** - Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively. - Foster a positive work environment by mediating conflicts and resolving issues amicably. - **Compliance Management:** - Ensure adherence to all ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances. - Manage documentation and records required for audits and regulatory purposes. - **Employee Engagement:** - Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance staff morale and retention. - Conduct onboarding sessions to align new hires with the company culture and policies. - Prepare and maintain relevant HR policy manuals and policy documents. **Skills Required:** - Strong understanding of statutory compliances (ESI, PF, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage grievances and maintain employee satisfaction. - Proficiency in attendance and leave management systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).,
