HR & Admin Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle petty cash management

    ,

    bill settlements, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor office supplies, courier management, and asset tracking.
  • Manage meeting room arrangements, and visitor coordination.
  • Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operational at all times.
  • Prepare administrative reports, maintain MIS, and support management with documentation.
  • Assist with basic recruitment activities (screening, scheduling, follow-ups).
  • Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and compliance-related records.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or Administrative roles.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes.
