Key Responsibilities

Client Insights & Strategy

• Partner with client teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to improve client performance.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Develop scalable analytical frameworks to deliver repeatable, high-quality insights.
• Leverage data visualization and storytelling to influence client strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of high performing Business Analysts, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, storytelling, and client communication.
• Foster a culture of learning, problem-solving, and accountability within the team.

Operational Excellence

• Streamline reporting and insight-generation processes for speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate insights into business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education

  : Tier 1 MBA preferred 

• Experience

  : 1–4 years in management consulting, analytics, or strategy roles with demonstrated impact.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with large datasets, statistical analysis, and insight generation.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Exposure to SQL is preferred
• High ownership mindset, with a bias for action and delivering results at speed.
