Role Overview

Strategy & Insights Manager

What Youll Do

• Lead the India-based business interpretation team supporting global clients.
• Translate causal AI model outputs into

  clear insights, growth opportunities, and ROI impact stories

  .
• Work with the US Partner to prepare

  executive-ready presentations

  for CxOs.
• Manage client deliverables across time zones, ensuring

  quality and timeliness

  .
• Coach and mentor junior analysts on

  storyboarding, client-ready narratives, and visualization best practices

  .
• Contribute to building

  templates, playbooks, and frameworks

  for scalable delivery.

What Were Looking For

• 710 years in analytics consulting or business insights roles (CPG, Retail, BFSI preferred).
• Hands-on experience with

  MMM, sales analytics, pricing, or revenue management

  .
• Strong skills in

  PowerPoint storyboarding, Excel modeling, and business communication

  .
• Experience managing 35 people in a delivery team.
• Ability to

  connect analytics to real business decisions

  (capital allocation, pricing moves, marketing strategies).
• Exposure to client presentations at

  Director/VP level

  .
