Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience Level: 3-6 Years Location: Mahape, Ghansoli. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Recruiter with 3-6 years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional ability to understand diverse job profiles, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent to drive our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different departments, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Profile Understanding & Needs Assessment: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their departmental needs, job requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles. Translate complex technical and non-technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies and compelling job descriptions. Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate expectations and interview processes. Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates through diverse channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, direct outreach). Craft engaging and accurate job descriptions that effectively highlight the role, company culture, and employee value proposition. Utilize Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates. Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and applications meticulously, shortlisting candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct comprehensive initial phone and video interviews, employing behavioral and situational interviewing techniques to assess candidates' qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values. Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments (if applicable) to further assess skills and aptitude. Present a well-qualified and diverse shortlist of candidates to hiring managers with detailed summaries and recommendations. Interview Coordination & Management: Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Gather and synthesize feedback from interviewers, guiding hiring managers through the decision-making process. Offer Management & Onboarding Support: Extend competitive job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes in collaboration with the HR team to ensure new hires have a positive start. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent experience throughout the recruitment journey. Cultivate effective partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and market insights. ATS Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire, quality of hire) to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies. Generate regular reports on recruitment progress and pipeline status for stakeholders. Employer Branding & Compliance: Contribute to strengthening our employer brand through positive candidate interactions and effective communication. Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of progressive experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions. Exceptional ability to understand and interpret diverse job profiles and identify suitable candidates. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Taleo, Zoho etc.). Demonstrated proficiency in conducting behavioral and situational interviews. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency. Familiarity with employer branding strategies and candidate engagement best practices. Preferred Skills (Bonus Points): Experience with a specific ATS system Experience in Non It Recruitment Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
