Cultivate effective partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and market insights. ATS Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire, quality of hire) to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies. Generate regular reports on recruitment progress and pipeline status for stakeholders. Employer Branding & Compliance: Contribute to strengthening our employer brand through positive candidate interactions and effective communication. Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of progressive experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions. Exceptional ability to understand and interpret diverse job profiles and identify suitable candidates. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Taleo, Zoho etc.). Demonstrated proficiency in conducting behavioral and situational interviews. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency. Familiarity with employer branding strategies and candidate engagement best practices.
