Job Description

Key Result Areas for the Role: Achievement of the assigned sales targets Explore avenues for new leads creation and increasing the market presence Follow up on collections and ensure on time receipts Generate at least 5 new enquiries per day and send 3 quotations per day Roles and Responsibilities: Attending sales meetings as per schedule Prepare the meeting schedule/plan for the next week by Friday evening and review it with Sales Manager Make effective pitch on behalf of Escon Sending emails of company profile, product details to prospective clients Quotation preparation as per Escon Standards Meeting / regular interaction with existing clients and build good business relations, retain client base and inquire about future requirements. Generating Leads by making survey, visiting construction sites and potential clients. Explaining civil and technical requirements of project based on General Arrangement Drawing to clients. Submit ESD format duly filled to respective coordinators for preparing quotations. Maintaining and updating client database periodically. Continues follow up/ interaction with client till order is closed. Collecting technical specification after order is awarded. Take support from Installation team for technical details based on client requirements Make joint calls with the Technical Team Negotiate on behalf of Escon and pitch for competitive rates Support in client related documentation by providing necessary inputs to Sales Support team Follow up with customer for collections Update the collections status to Central Office on time Adherence to policies and procedures of Escon
