Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Area sales manager / Sales Engineer to drive growth and expand our market share in the coding, marking, Variable data printing, Post press application, & Automation industry The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in technical B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients in manufacturing, packaging, and logistics sectors. Key Responsibilities: Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, automotive, food & beverage, and logistics. Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including OEMs, distributors, and end-users. Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations for coding, marking & Automation solutions (CIJ, TIJ, Laser, TTO, etc.). Sales Execution: Identify right segment, Lead generation, Funnel management, Payment collection etc. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical support teams to align business development initiatives. Work closely with sales coordination, dispatch teams Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the coding and marking , industrial automation , or packaging equipment sectors. Strong knowledge of coding and marking technologies (e.g., CIJ, TIJ, Laser, DOD, TTO). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B technical environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively
