Position: Area Manager Field SalesLocation: Delhi / NCR

Role Overview:

Area Manager-Field Sales

Bilfree

Key Responsibilities:

Acquiring new businesses and engaging with clients in the market.
Lead generation through self and reference.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients and bring them to our platform.
Managing client relationships.

Required Skills Abilities:

Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and negotiating skills.
Ability to adapt to the companys culture effectively and lead other teams.
Highly self-motivated organised and be able to manage own time.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Etc.
Immediate joining is preferred.

Required Qualification and Experience:

BBA, B. Tech, B. Com/MBA or (Any Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA)
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of Direct Sales experience, or business development roles.
Set an example for desired behaviours and performance by maintaining monthly sales performance targets.
Two-Wheeler is mandatory
