Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana
Industry: Real Estate

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in building a high-performing team, nurturing a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Strengthen recruitment efforts through both free and paid job portals.

Onboarding & Learning

  • Deliver a consistent, engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Design and roll out training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR standards and internal processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary contact for addressing employee issues and concerns.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.

Performance Management

  • Implement performance review processes and tools.
  • Guide managers in setting clear KPIs and development plans.
  • Address performance concerns through structured feedback and coaching.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop competitive and transparent compensation structures.
  • Oversee benefits administration in line with company policies.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential HR documentation.

Policy Development

  • Create and revise HR policies in line with evolving legal and business needs.
  • Ensure clear communication and consistent application across departments.

Health & Safety

  • Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor and implement health and safety guidelines.

Culture & Retention

  • Organize wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Support HR analytics and workforce planning efforts.
  • Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Preferred Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and HR operations
  • Key Skills:
