HR Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordination.
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, and internal databases.
Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Handle India and UAE hiring mandates across various industries.
Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews, follow up with clients and candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
Handle bulk hiring, niche hiring, and urgent requirements.
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
