Roles and Responsibilities

Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in headhunting or end-to-end recruitment consultancy services.
Strong understanding of life insurance industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Proven track record of successful candidate placements within tight deadlines.
