Position 1: Project Manager Lending, Collections & Sales Operations Experience: 3+ years in Fintech/Banking Sales (Business Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan) Key Responsibilities Lead sales operations for lending products and collections. Strategize and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Manage team performance and guide field/sales executives. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and optimize processes. Stay updated with market trends and competitor insights. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of lending products & collection processes. Leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, client handling. Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills. Position 2: Project Manager Soundbox, QR & POS Projects Experience: 45 years in Sound POS / QR / Digital Payment Device Sales Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution for soundbox, QR, and POS deployments. Drive merchant acquisition and manage field sales teams. Ensure timely device installation, activation & service support. Analyze market landscape to enhance penetration and productivity. Coordinate with payment partners, logistics, and internal teams. Track daily/weekly MIS and ensure operational efficiency. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of soundbox/QR/POS devices. Team management, field execution, problem-solving. Market awareness and strong communication skills. Qualifications (For Both Roles) Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Strong leadership and execution capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
