Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles across functions

  • Execute bulk hiring drives and meet hiring targets within timelines

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals Social Media & networking channels

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements and draft JDs

  • Screen, assess & shortlist candidates based on skill and cultural fit

  • Schedule interviews, maintain tracker reports & ensure strong follow-ups

  • Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through smooth communication

  • Assist in HR activities including onboarding & engagement initiatives
