Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resource Professional, based in Jaipur. The HR Professional will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and retention strategies. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of HR policies, employee relations, performance management, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and providing support to leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in HR Policies, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of Compliance, Labor Laws, and Workforce Planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools used for data management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or professional certification is a plus)
• Previous experience in logistics or related industries is an advantage
