Role Description We’re looking for a Branding & Content Management Associate who is equal parts creative thinker, storyteller, designer, and digital native — someone who can shape our voice across platforms, produce powerful content, and build a brand that speaks with clarity, consistency, and confidence. What You'll Do 🔹 Own Our Brand Voice Define and maintain our visual and verbal identity across all channels. Ensure brand consistency in design, tone, and messaging — from social media and websites to decks and internal assets. 🔹 Create & Curate Exceptional Content Write compelling content across formats — social media posts, articles, founder stories, newsletters, decks, and more. Design visually appealing assets using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite. Build narratives around founders, startups, partnerships, and ecosystem stories. 🔹 Drive Multimedia Storytelling Conceptualize and assist with scripting, editing, and managing podcast episodes, videos, and reels. Develop content for feature series, behind-the-scenes insights, and interviews. 🔹 Manage Digital Presence Plan and manage the content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Medium, and YouTube. Monitor engagement, track performance, and iterate based on insights and trends. Stay ahead of content trends to craft timely, engaging, and high-performing posts. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in content, branding, or marketing roles (Asset Management & Wealth Management domain background preferred). Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, and content scheduling platforms. A sharp eye for aesthetics, design, and detail. Passion for startups, innovation, tech, or venture capital is a plus.
